MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce the completion of more than 107,000 square feet of leasing transactions in Hunt Valley, Maryland during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Transactions ranged from 3,800 square feet to a full-building user at 53,798 square feet. MacKenzie team members involved included Joe Bradley, Bill Whitty, Matt Mueller, Henson Ford, and Daniel Hudak, representing the landlord in each transaction.

The recent activity centered around Schilling Place and North Park Business Community; two professional parks centrally situated in the heavily sought-after Hunt Valley submarket. Eating Recovery Center (ERC), a nationwide leader in eating disorder treatment, leased 53,798 square feet at 55 Schilling Road, occupying the entire building. The group also signed a lease for 28,021 square feet at nearby 101 Schilling Road, bringing the building to full occupancy. ERC is moving off campus from St. Joseph Medical Center and GBMC to allow for growth. The group was represented by Doug Brinkley and Tim Callahan of Cushman & Wakefield.

Engineering firm Arora, and insurance brokerage firm Assured Partners, are the latest tenants to join the North Park Business Community. Arora has leased 3,860 square feet at 6 North Park. Specializing in engineering services tailored for clients in aviation, transportation, education, government, and commercial sectors, the firm moved from Baltimore City as part of expansion plans. Assured Partners leased 21,092 square feet at 10 North Park, moving from nearby to achieve a more efficient workspace. The group continues to be one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage firms in the U.S.
