Lot 2 conceptual plans show the ability to support a 4-story, 50,000 square foot office/ medical building with structured and surface parking. Additionally, conceptual drawings show the project including areas for a central plaza, outdoor patio space, and additional landscaped park-like open areas.  It is worth noting that the initial plans are conceptual only, and the configuration for commercial lots 1 and 2 can be altered to suit the needs of the purchaser or ground lessor.
