MacKenzie Completes 28,800 sf Carroll County Lease
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Hajoca Corporation, the largest privately owned wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies (DBA Lee L. Dopkin Company), has signed a lease for 28,800 square feet of warehouse space at 1332 Londontown Boulevard, Eldersburg, Carroll County, Maryland. The company will be relocating from Baltimore City. MacKenzie Vice President Dennis Boyle and Senior Vice President/Principal Daniel Hudak represented the landlord in the transaction.
Known as the Londontown Business Center, 1332 Londontown Boulevard is a 365,812 square foot warehouse and office project strategically located in the heart of downtown Eldersburg. Common areas have been recently renovated and include high-end finishes; flexible floor plans make the location ideal for a wide range of users. Hajoca’s new location will include office space and an outside storage area. Approximately 21,000 square feet remain available for lease at the project.
